01Your Concern
Browse treatments byyour concern
Not sure which treatment you need? Start with what you want to change. Each concern below leads to the treatments we use for it, flagship options first.

02By Need
Seven concerns, one clinical plan.
Treatments that soften dynamic and static lines across the forehead, eyes, and mouth.
Treatments that restore lost volume and redefine facial contours.
Treatments that firm and lift loose or sagging skin without surgery.
Treatments that resurface and refine uneven skin texture and tone.
Treatments that deliver hydration and improve skin radiance.
Treatments that address thinning hair and support regrowth.
Treatments that reduce small pockets of fat to slim facial contours.
03The Method
How a concern becomes a plan.
01
Start with the change, not the treatment
Most people arrive naming a device they read about, and often it is not the one their face needs. Naming the concern first, the line that has set, the cheek that has flattened, the jaw that has softened, keeps the plan honest: the treatment is chosen to fit the concern, not the other way round.
02
Concerns rarely arrive alone
Volume loss and skin laxity usually appear together, because the same tissue changes drive both. Texture and dullness travel with dehydration. That is why several concerns below point at overlapping treatments, and why a plan often sequences two or three rather than repeating one.
03
Layer decides the modality
Facial ageing happens at different depths, and each depth has its own tool. Deep structure responds to focused ultrasound, the dermis to monopolar radiofrequency, lost volume to filler placed on structure, and dynamic lines to anti-wrinkle injections. Matching the layer to the modality is the whole of the clinical decision.
04
A plan, then a sequence
Once the layers are identified, the order matters. Structural work is generally staged before surface refinement, and healing intervals are built in rather than squeezed. A plan may run across three to twelve months. You will be told at consultation what happens when, and what it costs, before anything is booked.
04Before You Book
Questions we are asked first.
Start with the one that bothers you most and book a consultation. Concerns overlap more than they separate, so a single assessment usually covers all of them, and the plan that comes out of it is sequenced rather than split into separate courses of treatment.
No. The consultation exists to work that out. Arriving with a concern rather than a product name gives us more to work with, not less, and nothing is booked or charged for beyond the consultation until you have agreed the plan.
Rarely, and being told otherwise is a reason to be careful. Each treatment works at a particular depth, so a face with several concerns generally needs a combination sequenced over time. That combination is what we call multi-modality, and it is the reason a plan is built rather than a single appointment sold.
Silk Clinical Aesthetics is nurse-led. Cosmetic injectables, dermal and lip filler, skin boosters, fat dissolver, threads and PRP are performed by registered nurses. Non-needle treatments such as Volnewmer RF, Ultraformer MPT HIFU, skin peels and microdermabrasion may be performed by qualified beauty specialists.
It depends on the layer being treated. Anti-wrinkle injections settle over three to fourteen days. Filler is visible immediately and settles over two to four weeks. Collagen-driven treatments such as Volnewmer RF and Ultraformer MPT build over three to six months, because you are waiting on your own tissue rather than on a product.
