02How It Works
One clinic. One room in Grey Lynn. Once a month.
Silk Clinical Aesthetics is a Christchurch clinic. Auckland is not a second branch and we do not pretend otherwise: it is the same clinic, in the same rented treatment room at 562 Richmond Road, Grey Lynn, for one day a month. Shontelle travels up and treats. Because it is a rented room rather than our premises, there are no standing hours to publish. There are dates, and the list hears them first.

Who
Shontelle Prasad, Registered Nurse (NCNZ 301636), founder and lead cosmetic injector. Every Auckland treatment is injectable work, so every Auckland treatment is nurse-performed.
What
Injectables only: anti-wrinkle, dermal and lip filler, skin boosters and PDO threads. The Volnewmer RF and Ultraformer MPT platforms do not travel, so device treatments stay in Christchurch.
If it is skin tightening or lifting you are after, that is a Christchurch booking rather than an Auckland one. Worth saying plainly, because it is the one thing people arrive expecting that we cannot do here. Questions we are asked first.
One day a month, on announced dates. It is a pop-up run out of a rented treatment room at 562 Richmond Road in Grey Lynn, not a permanent premises, so there are no standing opening hours. Dates are confirmed a few weeks out and appointments are limited.
Join the list on this page. Dates go to the list by text and email before anything is posted on Instagram, which in practice is when most appointments are taken. Registering costs nothing and you can leave at any time.

No. Both are large fixed platforms that stay at the Christchurch clinic, so skin tightening and HIFU lifting are Christchurch bookings. If that is what you are after, book Christchurch rather than waiting for an Auckland date.

No, it is the same clinic and the same practitioner. Auckland appears as its own venue in our booking system because that is how the booking software handles a second location, but there is one business, one set of clinical standards and one set of records.
Get in touch and we will work out the right course. Review appointments are usually timed to the next Auckland date; anything urgent is handled by phone, and for anything that needs to be seen sooner we would rather tell you that honestly than wait a month.
