Silk Clinical Aesthetics runs a monthly injectables clinic in a rented treatment room at 562 Richmond Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland 1021. It is the same Christchurch clinic and practitioner, not a second branch, and there are no standing opening hours. Every Auckland appointment is performed by Shontelle Prasad, Registered Nurse, founder and lead cosmetic injector.

One day a month
The Auckland clinic is a pop-up. Silk rents the room for announced dates only, which is why there are no weekday hours and why appointment numbers are limited by the length of that day. Limited dates are a logistics fact, not a countdown.
If you are used to a full-time Grey Lynn clinic, this one works differently. There are no standing hours and no devices on site. The offer is one named registered nurse, on released dates, for injectables only.
Between visits the clinic stays in Christchurch. Follow-up is usually timed to the next Auckland date. If a concern cannot wait, raise it by phone.

Anti-wrinkle injections are prescription medicines in New Zealand. A consultation under prescriber oversight is required before any prescription medicine is supplied or administered. Booking does not guarantee that a prescription medicine will be supplied or administered. Injectables are for people aged 18 and over. Volnewmer RF and Ultraformer MPT stay in Christchurch because they are large fixed platforms. They are not part of the Auckland visit. Device work is booked through the Christchurch appearance medicine clinic.
How dates are released
Dates are confirmed a few weeks out. The Auckland list is told first by text and email, before Instagram.

Booking and reviews
Auckland bookings are made through Fresha. A deposit is taken at booking and credited to treatment. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the deposit unless the appointment is rebooked at the time of cancelling.

For a first Auckland visit, expect an assessment, not only a procedure. A consultation is not treatment. You may leave with a written quote and no procedure that day. There are no walk-ins and no mid-week Auckland returns, because the room is only hired on the released date.
